Satbir heads up our Dispute Resolution and Employment teams. Satbir acts primarily for employers and employees across multiple sectors and industries on a wide range of Employment Law issues, such as performance, restructuring, redundancy, dismissals and discrimination.

Satbir is adept at resolving Employment law disputes via settlement agreements and where this is not possible, Satbir has extensive experience in representing clients in the Employment Tribunal.
