Experience

Glenn has spent the entirety of his professional career as a City-based corporate financier, advising on a wide range of domestic and international corporate transactions. Career highlights include: 

• Serving as Head of Corporate Finance and Deputy Chairman of Henry Ansbacher, a London Stock Exchange-listed merchant bank authorised by the Bank of England. 
• Leading the team responsible for the Initial Public Offering of Manchester United. 
• Leading the shareholder activist campaign that contributed to Vodafone's disposal of Verizon for the benefit of shareholders. 
• Serving on the boards of multiple companies in both the UK and the USA and providing expert opinions in litigation and dispute-related matters.

Beyond the Law

Glenn’s great non-work passion is sailing. He has, over the years, raced and cruised in many oceans of the world. In 2015 he crossed the North Atlantic in his own sailing boat.
