Solicitor

Ria Savjani is a Solicitor in Streathers' Corporate and Commercial team, based in the firm's Hampstead office. She joined Streathers in 2023, having graduated from the University of Birmingham with a first-class honours degree in Law and a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP University.

Ria works with the commercial partner and senior lawyers in the team, advising founder-led and owner-managed businesses on corporate transactions and commercial matters across a range of sectors.

“I came into this area of law because I find business genuinely interesting. Understanding how a deal or a contract fits into what a client is building makes the legal side of the work more meaningful.”

Ria's focus is on making the legal side of transactions and commercial arrangements as clear and manageable as possible, so clients can make informed decisions and get on with running their businesses.
