Lisa Bolgar Smith is an experienced consultant solicitor handling national and international family matters, with a focus on constructive solutions and carefully judged negotiation.
Experience
Lisa advises on divorce, children and child-abduction cases, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and complex financial matters.
- Joined Streathers as a consultant in 2019 after serving as Senior and Managing Partner of Ambrose Appelbe in Lincoln’s Inn.
- Later became a partner at BDB Pitmans before moving into consultancy.
- Trained family mediator and collaborative Resolution solicitor.
- Additional training includes psychodynamic couple counselling at the Tavistock and counselling for Childline.
Memberships & Accreditations
Lisa is a trained family mediator and collaborative Resolution solicitor. The Law Society directory records that she was admitted as a solicitor on 16 June 1980 and is a consultant at Streathers Highgate LLP.
