Hannah Whiterow

Trainee Solicitor

Hannah is a second year Trainee Solicitor. As part of her Training Contract, she has completed seats in Private Client and Family Law, and will go onto sit in Litigation and Commercial Property.

In Private Client, Hannah worked on a range of matters, such as the administration of complex, high value and cross-border estates, creating and managing trusts, advising on inheritance tax, drafting wills, professional powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters.

In Family, Hannah assists the team with divorce, financial proceedings, child arrangements, declarations of trust, pre-nuptial agreements, and non-molestation and occupation orders.

Experience

In 2023, Hannah graduated from the University of Exeter in LLB Law with European Study. She completed a study abroad year at University College Dublin, studying Law and French. Before starting her Training Contact, Hannah worked as a private client paralegal at Streathers Daynes Smith for two years, and brings this experience to her work as a Trainee.

Memberships & Accreditations

Hannah completed her Solicitors Qualifying Examinations in 2026, alongside her Training Contract. Hannah was ranked in the top quintile of candidates for SQE1. Hannah now leads on initiatives to support others undertaking the SQE alongside working full time.

Beyond the Law

Outside of the law, Hannah is also trained as one of the firm’s fire wardens and first aid officers, and plays on the firm’s netball team! When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Minouche.
