You have options

Our solicitors are here to provide confidential advice and outline the legal options open to you. These include:

Non-molestation orders

These can restrict someone from contacting you, approaching you, attending certain places or behaving towards you in particular ways.

Occupation orders

These can regulate who can live in or access a property, including excluding someone from all or part of the family home in appropriate circumstances.

Prohibited Steps and Specific Issue Orders

Where children are involved, these orders can restrict certain decisions or actions, or ask the court to determine a specific issue concerning their upbringing.
