Eloise is a Senior Associate in our Residential Property team, with extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of residential freehold and leasehold properties. She is dedicated to delivering outstanding client service, regardless of the size, value or complexity of a transaction.
Eloise acts for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, property developers, first-time buyers, institutional lenders and corporate investors. She supports her clients through complex legal processes with clarity and confidence.
What distinguishes Eloise is her client-focused approach. She takes the time to understand each client’s objectives and works to achieve them in a friendly yet pragmatic manner. By keeping all parties fully informed throughout each transaction, she proactively addresses issues as they arise to ensure a smooth and efficient outcome.

Eloise is 12 years PQE as at May 2026, with a track record of handling prime London property transactions, complex leasehold matters and the re-financing of large property portfolios. Highlights of her career include:

- Re-financing of a property portfolio including 40 properties with a loan value of £32m
- Repeat instructions from satisfied clients
