Grace is a dedicated Paralegal in our Residential Property Team at Streathers Daynes Smith. She works closely with senior fee earners, and assists on a variety of property matters, helping clients navigate the process and offering continuous support.
She takes a thorough and detail-focused approach, undertaking document preparation and review, liaising with clients and third parties, and dealing with both pre-completion and post-completion requirements. What sets Grace apart is her ability to bring both professionalism and approachability to every matter, ensuring that clients feel understood and cared for throughout all stages of their transaction.
Experience
Prior to joining Streathers, Grace graduated with an Environmental Science degree from the University of Nottingham. She then went on to achieve a Distinction in the PGDL from the University of Law.
Beyond the Law
When Grace isn’t working, she enjoys crocheting, playing the electric guitar, and reading. She loves being creative and is always eager to challenger herself with new projects.
