Max is an Associate working across our Property and Private Client teams, with extensive experience in both areas. Max is committed to delivering technical expertise combined with outstanding client service, supporting clients to navigate their legal challenges with confidence.

What distinguishes Max is his breadth of knowledge across two practice areas. This enables him to give wholistic and valuable advice to clients where required. It is no surprise that Max often acts for the same client on a number of different matters.

Max prides himself on his client-focussed approach, regardless of who the client is. He takes time to understand each client’s objectives and works with them to achieve their goal in a calm and pragmatic manner.

Experience

Max joined Streathers Daynes Smith in 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in 2023, having achieved a distinction in both his Graduate Diploma in Law Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws.

Recent work includes:

Acquisition of several multi-million pound properties in Hampstead;
Acting on the refinancing of a property portfolio;
Advising on the establishment and management of a Vulnerable Person’s Trust;
Advising executors on the administration of a cross-border estate.

Beyond the Law

Away from the office, Max enjoys music and, having trained as an opera singer at the Royal Academy of Music, sings across London as part of a choir or soloist. If not in the concert hall, Max can be found on the tennis court or watching a game of cricket at Lords.
