Originally from Turin, Italy, and fluent in both English and Italian, Riccardo is distinguished by his ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, and to explain complex legal issues in a clear and accessible way —particularly for overseas clients who may be less familiar with the UK legal system.
Experience
Riccardo brings over 4 years of experience to the table, having become a trainee solicitor in 2022. He has a track record of handling particularly complicated leasehold and freehold transactions with a quick turnaround.
Highlights of his career include:
- Acting for a mortgage lender on repossession-related sales of multi-million pound properties in Central London
- Advising overseas clients on the anticipated Autumn 2024 SDLT increases, accelerating exchange and completion to secure substantial tax savings.
- Managing a multilayered bridging finance transaction, including a subsequent refinance to facilitate an onward purchase.
