Alan Browning is a Partner and Head of Commercial Property at Streathers Daynes Smith. He works regularly with landlords and tenants on new leases or assignments, supporting clients throughout the transactions.
Whether a recent start up entering into their first lease, or an institutional investor landlord looking for assistance, Alan is able to tailor his advice and expertise to ensure client needs are met.
As well as expertise in Commercial Property, Alan also has vast experience in residential property. Alan and his team are able to assist with residential sales, purchases, remortgages and other transactions.
Alan’s wealth of knowledge and experience instils a sense of trust and security in his clients. Alan brings over 10 years of experience to the table, with proven success in handling commercial and residential property matters. Highlights of his work include:
- Advising an international publishing group on lease acquisitions and disposals.
- Acting for landlords and tenants with leases in some of London’s most iconic locations, such as Soho, Covent Garden Market, Portobello Road, Battersea Power Station and more
- Acting for tenants from initial start up to the point where they hold multiple units in various locations
- Assisting landlords with the refinance of large scale portfolios
