Arran Wilkinson is a solicitor in our Contentious Probate team, specialising in Trust and Estates Disputes. Experience
Arran has over 4 and a half years of experience to date, having started his training contract in 2021. Highlights of his career include:
- Working on a highly complex 1975 Act claim relating to property companies worth over £11 million, involving unorthodox handwritten documents, contested ownership, and a disclosure exercise encompassing over half a century of records;
- Successfully removing ineffective executors in difficult circumstances and securing a charging order against them, allowing for the progress the administration of the Estate; and
- Achieving settlement in a 1975 Act and TOLATA claim in a manner that was beneficial to both parties and avoided lengthy and costly court proceedings.
Memberships & Accreditations
Arran is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and will shortly be embarking on securing certifications in STEP. This will enable him to continue providing clients with the highest level of expertise.
Beyond the Law…
When away from the office, Arran enjoys writing, playing tennis, football, and the guitar, meeting friends for coffees and pastries, photography, and buying books that he one day hopes to read. Arran also enjoys breaks away from London and can often be found up a mountain in Scotland or sampling the coffees and pastries in other cities around the world.
