Private Client
Trainee Solicitor
Himani Pandya is a Trainee Solicitor in our Private Client team. She joined Streathers Daynes Smith in 2024 as a Private Client Paralegal, where she developed a strong foundation in Private Client work before commencing her training contract.

Himani principally works alongside Roger Boustred, a solicitor with substantial experience in Private Client work. In that capacity, she has gained experience across a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Estate Planning. Himani works closely with a range of clients from first-time will-makers to high-net-worth individuals managing both complex and simple estates, supporting them with care, sensitivity and clear guidance at every stage of the process.
Himani approaches her role with thoughtfulness and diligence, taking the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances. Clients often value her professionalism alongside a reassuring and down-to-earth approach, which helps make sensitive and often complex Private Client matters feel manageable.
“Private client matters are deeply personal, involving conversations which deserve time, clarity and care.”
Himani graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in History before completing the MA Law Conversion at the University of Law.
Outside of work, Himani enjoys yoga and pilates, music, reading books and spending time with her friends and family.
