Lily is a paralegal in our Private Client team, specialising in wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate. She works closely with clients to guide them through each process clearly and sensitively, ensuring every matter is handled efficiently and with care.
What sets Lily apart is her ability to understand and communicate with a wide range of clients. Having been brought up in France and educated across different education systems, she is particularly sensitive to areas of potential confusion. Lily is skilled at identifying where the law may feel inaccessible and explaining it in a way that is clear, calm and genuinely reassuring.

Experience
Whilst Lily is yet to qualify, she brings strong advocacy, communication and language skills developed through:
- Successfully represented a child in a school exclusion matter, persuading a panel of governors to overturn a headteacher’s decision and secure immediate reinstatement. She independently managed the case from instruction to hearing, including fact‑finding, bundle preparation, written submissions and oral advocacy.
- Gaining practical experience of court and tribunal procedure through her work as a court clerk, supporting hearings and ensuring procedural compliance.
- Developing strong language skills, with native‑level French supported by a French baccalaureate and developing proficiency in Spanish.
Beyond the law
If Lily were not in law, she would likely be a psychoanalyst or a food critic. She equally enjoys understanding how people think and solving complex problems, as well as exploring and appreciating food from different cultures.
