Experience
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Charlotte gained five years of experience as a paralegal and trainee, developing extensive expertise in estate administration, estate planning, and contentious probate matters.
She has extensive experience in:
- Administering estates of varying complexity, including those involving business and property interests, foreign assets and cross-border affairs.
- Advising on and preparing deeds of variation, trusts, wills, and wider estate planning arrangements.
- Handling contentious probate matters and helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and constructively, often avoiding the need for prolonged litigation.
Charlotte's ability to balance legal expertise with practical problem-solving enables her to guide clients through both straightforward and highly sensitive matters with confidence and care.
