Elizabeth is a Senior Associate in our Private Client team, specialising in probate and Court of Protection work. Elizabeth supports clients through some of the most emotional and challenging periods of their lives, and advises individuals and families from all backgrounds, with a strong focus on supporting vulnerable clients and those caring for them.
Known for having a calm, empathetic approach and for explaining complex legal issues clearly and practically, her focus is always on ensuring clients feel listened to, supported, and confident in the decisions being made, while navigating the legal process with care, dignity, and professionalism.

Experience
Elizabeth brings over eight years of legal experience to the table, having started her career at Streathers Daynes Smith as a Paralegal in 2017 and working her way up to Senior Associate. Highlights of her career include uncovering high value assets in probate matters, working with genealogists to trace long lost relatives, and successfully mediating probates which have become contentious.
Memberships & Accreditations
Elizabeth is an accredited member of STEP and is currently working towards full STEP qualification. This ensures that she stays at the forefront of industry developments, providing clients with the highest level of expertise.
Beyond the Law
If Elizabeth wasn’t a Solicitor, she would own a small neighbourhood café and bookshop. Combining her love of books with a welcoming space, it reflects her belief that people do their best thinking when they feel comfortable and unhurried — an approach she also brings to her work.
