Jacalyn brings more than two decades of experience, with a strong track record of handling estates of all sizes — from straightforward matters to complex, high-value estates involving international assets and inheritance tax considerations.
A recent highlight includes successfully obtaining a UK grant of letters of administration for an unwitnessed Will. By demonstrating that the Will was valid under French law, Jacalyn was able to guide the matter to a successful outcome despite its apparent complexity.
Her experience means she can anticipate challenges early, keep matters moving efficiently, and provide the steady reassurance clients need at a difficult time.
Beyond the Law
Outside the office, Jacalyn enjoys swimming and long walks with her much-loved maltipoo dog, entertaining friends and family with her famous South African barbeques.
